Hello! I'm Teresa Cauthen, president of Williams Flooring Carpet One. I've been in the flooring business for over 30 years and I absolutely love sharing what I know about floors with people who come through our doors everyday! It is my passion to run a business where customers leave not only with the floors they'd hoped for, but also with a new sense of family.
I love serving the Lord, spending time with family and friends. I have 3 children and 5 grandchildren who I adore spending time with. I sure hope to see you soon!

Hi, I'm Joe Brown, many call me "The Man". I have been in the flooring business for over 20 years. I began as an installer and now I take care of many different aspects of the buiness from sales, estimator, contractor consultant, and what-ever else comes my way.
I strive to provide the best customer service possible every day to all our clients. I orignially grew up in Jacksonville, FA so you guessed it I am a GATOR fan.
